kathryn ierubino is a fine art photographer based in rowayton, connecticut. a connecticut native, kathryn built her career in advertising between new york city and los angeles working on some of the world’s most iconic brands — apple while working under steve jobs, and rolex working with roger federer, for over 15 years. always having an eye for design, it was during this time her photography came to life.

growing up on the water between connecticut and nantucket, kathryn has always had a deep appreciation for the ocean and its creatures, so it’s no surprise her work is focused around them. Kathryn donates 10% of net proceeds directly to ocean alliance — a 501(c) organization founded in boston in 1971 — one of the world's first organizations dedicated to protecting whales and their environment through research and education.

kathryn’s unique and abstract photographic style focuses on simplistic lines, negative space, and cohesive tones — allowing for a sense of serenity in the spaces her works of art call home.
